Villa y Zapata is a Tequila of great artisanal quality for refined palates, a select, well-made, 100% Agave Tequila, as it is meant to be. A Tequila created in honor of those who, with their actions, forge changes in their time and are an inspiration for Mexico and for the whole world, to constantly strive to renew themselves in an extraordinary way.
Pancho Villa, “The Centaur of the North,” was a key leader of the Mexican Revolution who promoted education for laborers, housewives, and soldiers, defended peasant land during the Porfirian dictatorship.
Emiliano Zapata, “Caudillo of the South,” was a leader in Mexico’s peasant resistance, fighting for social justice and advocating that “The land belongs to those who work it with their hands.”

Our process
Our tequila is made with the highest quality mature agave (7 to 10 years), grown and harvested with care. The process includes slow-cooking the agave in masonry ovens no autoclave process, traditional milling, and aging for one year and seven months to achieve a superior product.

With each bottle sold, we continue to support the revolutionary ideals of education, social development, and justice. A portion of our sales is donated to causes that honor the legacy of Pancho Villa and Emiliano Zapata.
